No Refunds

Please note that Gujji.in does not offer refunds for any orders.

Returns

We understand that sometimes, items may not fit as expected. We offer returns for eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions for Return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging.
• A copy of the original order confirmation must be included with the return.

Non-Returnable Items:

Due to hygiene reasons & other reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

• Panties
• Baby Doll
• Accesories

Exchange Process:

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer support at info@gujji.in or at +91 9049025559 with your order number and the reason for the exchange. We will guide you through the exchange process.

Shipping Charges:

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges associated with returns.
